This ball was designed specifically for our True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch as it offers higher clearance for a better turning radius. This single tow ball is NOT compatible with the 180 Hitch. This kit will convert an aluminum 180 hitch into a Weigh Safe. This comes with a tow ball, tow ball pin, and Weigh Safe slider. This will utilize your existing dual pin lock. The Dual Sensing Smart Battery Isolator monitors both the starting battery and the auxiliary. If the unit detects that either battery has exceeded 13.2 volts, then the isolator will connect them. The benefit of the dual sensing feature is the ability for a user to charge the main battery from a solar panel or an external battery charger on the auxiliary battery, once the auxiliary battery reaches 80% state of charge (13.2V). This ensures you never have a drained starter battery again. The isolator is also automatic and is based on voltage, which saves installation time.
